Saihaku Factory, Tottori
A controlled production environment at 8,684 m².
What a production environment demands of a building
A factory that houses a controlled process is not a warehouse with equipment in it. The envelope has to seal, the floor has to run without joints that collect contamination, and every penetration has to be detailed into the design rather than cut into it later.
Cutting a penetration after the fact breaks the seal and the floor at the same time. Detailing them from the start is the difference between a building that supports production and one that fights it.

Kumagaya-Hanyu Distribution Warehouse
Structural steel designed, fabricated and erected under one party, removing the detailing gap that costs programme.

YAMAKI Facility
A production facility, designed, fabricated and erected by us.
