What we buy
Structural steel and PEB, cladding and roofing, facade systems, MEP, interior fit-out and joinery, FF&E, cold chain and process equipment, specialist finishes.
What we look for
Certification appropriate to the market, demonstrable capacity, a documented QA process, and a realistic view of lead time. Certification that has expired is the most common reason a supplier is set aside.
How we work
Packages are issued as formal RFQs with scope, specification and a responsibility matrix, so you are pricing a defined thing rather than guessing. Programme and defects terms are agreed before award, not after.
