Where we work
Offices in Tokyo, Al Khobar and Singapore. The work moves in two directions, and both are the same capability.
Into Japan
We hold the contract, carry the design through Japanese code, certification and procurement, and build it.
How that worksOut of Japan
We sign abroad and bring the capability with us, rather than subcontracting the difficult part locally.
Three offices
Tokyo builds. Al Khobar contracts and runs sites across the Gulf. Singapore covers Southeast Asia.
Japan
Our base. Structural design and calculation, fabrication in our own workshops, erection, roofing, cladding and interior fit-out, across factories, warehouses, power and process facilities, public buildings, hotels and national pavilions. This is where the delivery record sits.
The Gulf
We entered Saudi Arabia through an established contracting company within the Al Tamimi group, which has been building in the Eastern Province for decades across civil, infrastructure, oil and gas. That company carries the client contract and runs the site. We bring the engineering and the delivery method. Our office is in Al Khobar.
Southeast Asia
Our Singapore office covers cross-border coordination and commercial structuring across the region. We have run owner-side programmes on major transport infrastructure here, with staff stationed in country for the duration, and delivered buildings from Japan into the region.
Beyond
The engineering travels. Where we hold no office yet, we contract through a local party and station our own people, which is how the work has been done in every market outside Japan so far. Tell us where the project is and we will tell you how it would be contracted.
