Through the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, the country of your project and the message you write. Through the careers form: your name, email address, discipline, preferred location, any link you provide and the message you write. Through the supplier form: your company details, scope and contact information.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

To respond to your enquiry, assess an application, or evaluate a supplier. We rely on your submission of the form as the basis for contacting you in reply.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Client enquiries are retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for commercial record-keeping. Job applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Supplier records are retained while the supplier remains on our register.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@hiterraepc.com and we will respond.

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) in Japan or the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in Saudi Arabia applies to your data, we handle it in accordance with those requirements.
