We work in several jurisdictions and hold the registrations each one requires. Documentation is issued directly, to the party that asks for it.
What we work to
Structural design
Design and calculation to the Japanese Building Standards Act, including seismic design. Steel fabricated in our own workshops to Japanese standards.
Fire and material certification
Where a specified material has no certificate, we take it through national fire testing as part of the programme rather than substituting it. On one pavilion that route ran three months from raw material to installed surface.
Working under other jurisdictions
Designs produced outside Japan carried into Japanese code, and Japanese engineering carried into other markets. Authority approval sequences differ in every country we work in and are planned as part of the programme, not after it.
Health, safety and environment
HSE plans, method statements and risk assessments issued before mobilisation and aligned to the client’s and the authority’s requirements.
Quality assurance
Inspection and test plans, material traceability and dimensional control on fabricated elements, with documentation issued at handover.
Local employment
Where a market sets national employment requirements, we treat them as an operating constraint from day one rather than a reporting exercise.
Prequalification
We hold the registrations, licences and insurance each of our markets requires, and issue them directly to the party that asks. In Saudi Arabia our contracting standing sits with our partner company in the Al Tamimi group, and the classification documents are issued on request. Every client's process asks for a different set of documents in a different format, so we complete yours.
Tell us which forms your process requires and we will complete them. That usually covers company registrations in the relevant jurisdiction, trade licences, insurance certificates, financial standing, HSE record, organisation charts and project references.
We respond to prequalification requests within a working week, and sooner where a tender deadline requires it.
